BCM endeavors to achieve the following:

1. Meaning full youth participation

2. Youth capacity building programmers

3. Youth mentorship and empowerment

4. Youth forums and dialogue programmers

5. Life skills and knowledge dispensation

6. Power networking

7. Youth and social development

So far bcm has organized activities to achieve its objectives which include:

· Black coffee lounges and discussions

· Afrocentric events such as garden social and kahawa na shuka

· Social hangouts

· Mental health awareness campaigns

· Sexual reproductive health campaigns

· Talent identification and development

· Social media advocacy

· Community service such as children’s homes visits

Bcm currently hosts regular meeting with specific discussion topics and agendas related to young people in Kenya. These happen every fortnight on Thursdays from 3 p.m. – 6 pm at garimoshi art center Nakuru.

Bcm has been able to partner with several organizations towards building competent and hardworking youths. These include the county government of Nakuru through the department of gender, culture and arts. Family Health options Kenya, 5199 coffee among others

Bcm seeks to be the voice and change we need in the young people. It ensures that young people are guided and mentored to be able to improve their livelihood and well being
